Guide to Rechmaya Waterfall

Rechmaya - Nature Sights
Rechmaya Waterfall is a seasonal fall in Rechmaya, in the upper Chouf–Aley country where winter rain and snowmelt feed short, steep streams. It is at its best in late winter and spring, and it can fade to a wet cliff by August. The setting is village land: informal paths, no large visitor centre, and a reward that is the water itself plus the view. Wear shoes with grip and do not climb wet rock. The fall suits a day that also includes the cedar ridge or the palace road, depending on your direction. For nature sights that are still local, Rechmaya is a clear seasonal target.
