Deir Koucheh - Nature Sights
The park of the historic arches mill, Montazah Mat-hanat al Qanatir al Athariyya, is a garden around an old mill of arched stonework in Deir Koucheh. Mills with qanatir, arches, used waterpower and strong masonry, and turning one into a park keeps the industrial relic visible. The visit is gentle: shade, stone arches and a village setting in the Chouf. It suits families and anyone collecting traditional mills along with Bater and Baaqline. Access is local and informal. Do not climb unstable masonry. Combined with nearby village roads toward Beiteddine or the coast, it is a small heritage-and-garden stop.
